Straight Answers to the Questions Contractors Usually Ask

No runaround. No sales pitch disguised as an FAQ.

If something isn’t here, book a call and ask us directly.

Everything you need to know about working with us, our process, and what results to expect.

General Questions:

Most agencies disappear after they cash your check. They send you reports you can’t read, run the same ads for every client, and blame the algorithm when nothing works.

We’re different in three ways. We only focus on lead generation — not brand building, not social media fluff. We tell you what’s working and what isn’t, every week. And we go month-to-month, because if we’re not getting you jobs, you shouldn’t be paying us.

Primarily home service contractors. Landscapers, hardscapers, general contractors, renovators, electricians, siding companies, drywall crews — if you show up to a job site and do real work, we can probably help you.

We also work with construction supply stores, real estate teams, and some service businesses outside the trades. If you’re not sure if you’re a fit, book a call. We’ll tell you honestly.

No. Month-to-month on most services.

We don’t lock people in. If we’re doing our job, you won’t want to leave. If we’re not, you shouldn’t be stuck paying for it.

Most clients start seeing leads in the first 2–4 weeks after launch. It typically takes 30–60 days to dial things in and get costs down to where we want them.

We’ll give you a realistic timeline during your free call based on your trade, your area, and your budget. We don’t overpromise.

Process Questions:

Step one is a free 15-minute call. We find out where you’re at and what you need.

If we’re a fit, we build your custom plan — ads, landing pages, and whatever else makes sense. Setup takes about 1–2 weeks. Then we launch, watch the numbers, and optimize from there.

You don’t need to know anything about marketing. That’s our job.

Not much. We need a couple of hours upfront to understand your business, your customers, and what makes you different from the other guy down the street.

After that, we handle everything. Expect a short weekly or monthly check-in to go over results and make sure we’re pointed in the right direction.

Jorge and Jordan. That’s it.

You’re not getting handed off to an account manager you’ve never met. You deal with the same two people from day one.

We use a shared chat for day-to-day communication — fast responses, no waiting days to hear back. You also get weekly and monthly reports, and access to a live dashboard where you can see exactly what your ads are doing at any time.

No mystery. No waiting for a monthly call to find out what happened to your money.

Ad spend varies depending on your market and goals, but most contractors we work with start with $1000–$2,000/month in ad budget. On top of that is our management fee. During your free call we’ll put together a realistic budget based on your trade, your location, and how many jobs you need per month.

Both work — but they work differently. Google Ads targets people who are actively searching for your service right now. Facebook Ads find homeowners who aren’t searching yet but match the profile of someone who would hire you. The right answer depends on your trade, your area, and how quickly you need jobs. We’ll tell you which makes more sense for your situation on a call.

The fastest way is paid advertising — specifically Facebook Ads and Google Ads pointed at a landing page built to convert. Most contractors waste money sending ad traffic to a general website that doesn’t convert. A dedicated landing page with a clear offer and a strong call-to-action is the difference between leads and wasted clicks.

Yes — when they’re set up correctly. The key is targeting homeowners in your service area with the right message, and sending them to a page that gets them to call or fill out a form. Generic ads that send people to a homepage rarely work. We’ve run Facebook Ads specifically for contractors across landscaping, renovation, siding, electrical, and more.

Google Ads can generate leads within the first week of going live. Unlike SEO, which takes months to build, Google Ads puts you at the top of the search results immediately. The first 30 days are typically about testing and optimizing — by day 60 most campaigns are running efficiently.

The most effective strategy for most contractors is paid lead generation — Facebook Ads or Google Ads paired with a high-converting landing page and a fast follow-up system. This creates a repeatable pipeline of new jobs instead of relying on referrals and word of mouth alone. We help contractors build this system from scratch or improve what they already have.

The two fastest channels are Google Ads (catching homeowners who are already searching for what you do) and Facebook Ads (finding homeowners in your area before they start searching). Combined with a landing page that makes it easy to call or book, this is how we’ve helped construction companies go from inconsistent work to a full calendar.

Look for an agency that specializes in lead generation, not general marketing. Ask them to show you real results from real contractor clients. Make sure they go month-to-month — if they push long contracts, that’s a red flag. And make sure you’ll be talking to the people actually running your campaigns, not a junior rep who’s never set foot on a job site.

The most reliable way is paid advertising on Google and Facebook, pointed at a landing page with a single clear call to action — call now or fill out a form. The ad targets homeowners in your service area. The landing page is built around your specific service and location. That combination is what turns ad clicks into actual phone calls.

You don’t need a full website — but you do need a landing page. Sending ad traffic to a general website with lots of pages and no clear call to action wastes money. A dedicated landing page focused on one service, one location, and one goal (get them to call you) performs significantly better. We build these as part of our ad packages.

Service-Specific Questions:

Yes. If you just want Facebook Ads, or just need a landing page built, or just want to sit down and get a clear plan — we can do any of those on their own.

A lot of clients start with one service and add more once they see results.

Yes. We handle the copy, the creative, the landing pages — all of it.

If you have photos or videos of your work, send them. Real job site content converts better than stock photos every time. But if you don’t have anything, we’ll work with what we’ve got.

Book a call anyway. We’ll take a look at what’s running and give you an honest assessment. If they’re doing a good job, we’ll tell you. If there’s money being wasted, we’ll show you where.

No obligation, no pressure.

Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads are our core. We also build landing pages and lead capture systems, and we can integrate with most CRMs and booking tools you’re already using.

If you have a specific tech setup, ask us about it on the call.
